Migration and Citizenship at the Service of People: Advances and Setbacks in the Americas

The paper reflects on the impact that different citizenship policies have on access to benefits and responsibilities in several countries in the Americas. It was prepared by the Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS), Scalabrini International Migration Network (SIMN), and the University of Bristol, and edited by SIMN and by the ICMC-led Migration and Development (MADE) Americas program at the Scalabrini Foundation in Santiago de Chile.
