Respect Dignity of Migrants at Border, Says Chilean Bishop

The Bishop of Iquique in northern Chile has stressed the need for humane and dignified solutions to the plight of undocumented migrants stranded at the country’s border with Peru. Bishop Isauro Covili highlighted deficiencies in migration policy, including a tendency to criminalize migration.
