A Migrant Office in Each Parish, Says South African Bishop

The South African Episcopal liaison for migrants proposed that each parish in the country have an office to support undocumented people on the move to regularize their status. Archbishop Buti Joseph Tlhagale urged parishes to work with other groups to be a “buffer” to protect refugees and migrants.
