A report by the International Catholic Migration Commission
This report focuses on advocacy issues related to ICMC's mandate, and not on the whole WCAR. ICMC responds to the needs of refugees, internally displaced persons and forced migrants, with particular emphasis on the most vulnerable. The report primarily seeks to offer ICMC staff, members, affiliates and other interested stakeholders insights into the Conference. Its objective is to provide means to use relevant elements of the Durban outcome to further promote and defend the rights of refugees, asylum-seekers, migrants and internally displaced persons at the local, national and international level. Various sections and annexes can be used as stand alone tools.
